Our headlining act this year – The Blockheads join us on their 40th anniversary tour. They’ve got a busy schedule ahead and we’re delighted that they can join us at Dymock this year. Here’s a band with a huge following and there is plenty of anticipation already.

THE BADDOOS

The Baddoos are a 5-8 piece band – legends of the Herefordshire music scene as well as playing iconic venues of Bristol and various wild parties all across the UK. They perform a huge range of music including: Reggae, Fusion, Rock, Pop and Jazz but are known for delivering live versions of many party classics rearranged for a contemporary pop/funk line-up. Definitely ones not to be missed!

MEXICOLA (JANUARY GIRL)

Mexicola are a four piece band from Hereford who write original material. Ria sings and plays guitar. Sime plays lead guitar. Colette plays bass guitar and Jonah plays drums. We have an alternative rock sound with a splash of blues thrown in. Lyrically interesting with melodic riffs and stripped back grooves. They have recently changed their name to January Girl.

JACK COOKSON

Jack Cookson is a multi- instrumentalist and singer songwriter from the South West. He has shared the stage with the likes of Franz Nicolay, Cory Branan and Austin Lucas and in early 2016 he was announced as one of the final four nominees for the BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Awards.

Little Boy Lost are a modern folk band based in London.

SOPHIE COTTERELL

Sophie Cotterell is an up and coming pop singer/songwriter. She’s just released her single called Champagne Lips and been up and down the country in 2016 performing at festivals. She’s gained support from Radio 1, Music Week, ITV, Flava etc. Her debut E.P is coming 2017 with a few singles coming out early 2017. With a few record labels interested Sophie is looking to make 2017 her breakthrough year

THE FUNK CARTEL

These guys have given us great energetic DJ sets which keep you guessing as a prelude to our headline act for the past four years. We can’t wait to see what they have to offer this year!
